when i put the zoom code in it says

unknown comamed "-zoom"
 and it stays zoomed in
and i cant get it back to normal
how do i fix it

Either its not all there, or you didn't write it correctly.

You could just bind 2 keys.

One that says fov 20 (ex. bind z fov 20) and one that sets it back to regular (ex. bind x fov 90).

That's how I have mine set up and it works just fine.
