Finding Out an IP from RR's main office

ive recently had my identify stolen and ive retrieved the ip used to intercourse with me, its the ip that leads to roadrunners office in VA, what would i ask out of them, i know im calling and making a complain on one of their users using there service to steal my identity but what course of action would i have to do first ?

long story short

some kid stole his dads credit card used it and put my 1st and last name and ordered merry porn, im pretty sure i know who the indiviudal is, but i need more evidence..

id apprciate the help, i ask you, because i know jitspoe bans ip's all day, please help

The ONLY way you will get that info is through a court ordered subpoena

I don't quite follow.  Your identity was stolen?  Sounds like anybody who knows your first and last name could enter that information.  You could call or send an email to abuse@rr.com and it's possible they may do something, but I don't think they'd ever reveal the identity of a customer to some random person.  As KnacK suggested, you'd need to take some kind of legal action to get that kind of information.

because the cops are trying to arrest me for credit card fraud and some other excrement, 2 felony's... and i found out his ip and all i need to do now is call RR in Virgina and file a complaint to them by signing up for a porn excrement thus stealing my identity, and the owner of the credit card trying to press charges on me...so intercourse all that, im pressing charges on that IP, there responsible for it, ill find out who's name its in and be able to handle it from there...

well i called the supportdesk to the porn site and explained the situation they gave me the ip, and i arinwhois'd it and it gace me info on it, and the support # for rr's

If you do have an identity fraud case, then you need to file a police report or contact the local DA's office.  Make sure you state that this is an identity theft case.

As I said before, you need to pony up and get some legal advice.
