Project Management CMS

I'm looking for a project management CMS, like Sharepoint, or OverLord, or Assembla, but I don't have any money, so I was just wondering, is there anything like this that is free? I know assembla is but I want something that includes file uploads... So, if anybody knows of any, just post it here.

No. Firstly I already looked. The point is, I'd use overlord, but I have no money and there aren't any torrents. I would use sharepoint but it's going to be hosted on a web server. And assembla doesn't fit the picture. What I'm asking for is a whole new CMS.
