Yes to all the above.

To talk type say <message>

To kick type status to get the player number and then kick <#>

To change map simply type map <name of map>

I think it's actually better to use newmap <name of map> instead of map, for some reason.

I didn't think newmap worked in the console.

Okay I just tried newmap in the console (the DOS box) and I get this:
Code: [Select]
[09:17:05] Unknown command "newmap"

And kilo was talking about the server window, too. My bad, I thought that was ingame and on dedicated servers. Guess not. :<

I believe you can use "sv newmap" at the console.  "newmap" is a client admin command, though.

yup.
"sv newmap" will work like "newmap" from within the game.
"map" will restart the server with a new map, I think.

= Hah I remember one day at school I had a server up and it was in-game and i just typed map <map name> and it took me to a new server and i sat in it for about 3 minutes wondering why it was taking so long for everyone else to get in it. Then I looked at my friends computer and they were playing on the other server i had up. Yes I felt stupid.....
