My firewall is on...but I took it off to see if that was the probably and it still didn't work

Paintball2.exe is probably not allowed access to the internet. You need to go into your firewall options and allow it.

Ok...I checked the firewall settings and it allows the game...but it only says paintball2...not Paintball2.exe
so I'm not sure if I need to add that one in or not.

I figured out my brother cleaned up my computer and took things off without knowing what they are so he could have space for a game called "Morrowind" which if it didn't have enough space would lag.

Ok...I just deleted the whole folder...and downloaded Build19 full and it works...so I guess my brother did delete something that had to do with the game.

Try using the Modify button instead of double, triple, or in your case quardruple posting.
