Because every time anybody else goes to play, nobody is playing, so... nobody plays.

Actually, when I go to play there's always at least one server with 2-3 people.

Yep, one server with 7, and one with 5.

Yeah, but there are times when nobody's on.  Usually in those cases, though, if I sit on a server for a few minutes, more people will join.  The more people there are playing, the more people join.  The opposite is also true -- the fewer people there are playing, the less people join.  Human nature is retarded like that.
