Video Settings HELP!!!

For some reason when I'm in Video Settings and click on the checkbox next to fullscreen and nothing happens the box is unchecked

Go to your computer's display settings and find out what the resolution is. Then go back in-game and set it to the same resolution and then check the fullscreen box then click Apply at the bottom.

Also make sure you didn't set the display refresh to something your monitor doesn't support.

I believe then normal refresh rate is anywhere from 60 -70 Hertz.
