Need help to set my server up

My friend says that the server just keeps saying connecting...

I tell my friend to type
Connect 70.53.121.60:27910
and he says it just keeps connecting...

In case you have a firewall, check the settings.

Okay I don't think it's the firewall because I turned the firewall off and he it still said
connecting to 70.53.121.60:27910
over and over again...

Well, your ip is being listed on http://dplogin.com/serverlist.php but still i can't connect to your server.

Are you using a router in any way? Something still seems to block people entering your server for whatever reason.

edit: would you mind posting the stuff your dos serverwindow writes? Are you able to connect to your server when using your external IP?
