DPTools
« on: June 21, 2007, 10:47:58 AM »
Well I figured with dp2Soundpack, I might as well release all my scripts in one thread, like Zorch's My Menus thread.

Well, here they are:

DPGet
File Downloading tool for DP2 maps and related files.
Latest Version: 0.8

DPPut
Database and news appender. No reason to get this if you aren't an admin.
Latest Version: 0.3

DPMapRelease
Simple map upload and release script. At the moment, rather limited.
Latest Version: 0.3

Soundpack Tool
Sound pack download and activate feature.
Latest Version: 0.3

DPTools Complete
All the tools in one.
Contains Latest Versions (Soundpack 0.2)

Enjoy :-)

Shweetness. You might want to have the DPPut "by PM only" or something like that.

OK people, DPPut updated to 0.3. Now there's something to work with. Next I'm going to work on DPGet 0.9, and then for DPGet 1.0 I'm going to try and make a GUI. Anyway, for the DPPut admins:

  • Added extra security
  • Files can now be deleted

Hopefully DPGet 1.0 will be easier and better to use. Then people will use it.

DPHud ?

Since I'm going to be releasing several themes of HUD modifications, maybe it's time we make something to easily switch them out?

Maybe a launcher... you choose a soundpack, a hud, menus and game options then it starts the game.

Well, I fixed Soundpack with a DPGet style soundpack database, so you can download soundpacks easily. Now version 0.3. I also made a pretty rubbish (but usable) soundpack using PurePwnage voice clips. You can get it from the download feature. Enjoy!
