How do i fastforward thru a demo

ive always wanted to know how to fastforward thru a demo without it freezing like the one on the wiki does. post your fastforwarding scripts plz  ;D

It only freezes if you fastforward too long.  To get around that, just tap the key repeatedly instead of holding it down.
