Technically, yes, but while my step grandfather isn't related by blood, he's been my grandfather all of my life.  My dad's father died when my dad was I think 10 years old.

Yeah I lost my step grand father this year "Opa" he was from the old school of hard work and hard fun :)  I miss him very much.
