Animated menu background

Any way to re-enable the animated menu background from around build 007? I downloaded it from OTB's archive and thought it looked awesome.

It used to be commented out in main.txt, so it was easy to re-enable. It seems that that's changed, though. <-<

Yeah, main.txt was the first place I looked... Also, build 007's main.txt seems to be identical to build 19's, so it may have been removed source wise.

It's in console.txt.  Rename the old conback and change conback2 to conback.  A lot of computers couldn't handle it, so I had to disable it.
