Type in the console cmdlist and cvarlist for server commands although alot in cmdlist are just commands for servers and for regular use too.

Hm:

cvar_set password <password here or unset for no password>
cvar_set sv_login 0 for off, 1 for registerd names to login, 2 for all players to login
viewkick
kck <player number> - kicks player
tban <player number> <number of minutes> - temp bans the player
