... If all goes as planned :D

It's a two bed, single bath cottage bungalow... a step down from what I'm renting now, but it's a lot bigger than the apartment I had in Seattle...

I hope everything goes as planned... waiting for the bank to call me back on a loan :D:D

I live in Springfield, Missouri, which is a small metropolis (~180k pop.) with a 0.05% Jewish population.  It's... interesting... :P  Cost of living is ridiculous and it's a fast growing area.

Yeah cost of living is increasing greatly in the past couple months, its ridiculous.

COngrats on the new house y00tz.

I bought my first house site unseen at an auction for about .10 on the dollar. SOld it 16 years later for 4x what I paid for it and now have enough debt for a small country ;D

Sheesh, the buyer and his lawyer are taking their sweet time to get the contract made up.   They were supposed to have it by Friday, so my lawyer and I could review it, but as of 5pm today, my lawyer still hasn't seen it.  Grumble grumble.
