how do u lock a topic or remove one?

I was just wondering how to both lock and remove a topic.I f u have any info for me im here.

You can't remove topics- but on topics YOU'VE STARTED, there's a button at the bottom that says 'lock topic'. People generally don't like you using it, though.

Wow, I thought it was disabled because a certain player kept deleting his topics..  hmm, oh well.

The deletion feature is magical, capable of making threads poof in and out of existence randomly, yay.

If I am not mistaken the Remove Topic button does not show up in the Help & Support Board.

Oy.  I can't believe I missed that so many times.  There is a separate permission for removing topics.  It isn't covered by disabling the delete post permissions.  SMF has too many options, sometimes.
