I got this random thing in my start menu

In my start menu under Run there is a thing that saids "Reboot computer in safe mode". No clue how it got there and its annoying cause i hit it about 3 times so far when i was trying to hit run. anyone have any ideas?

Right Click -> Remove?

Or just use windows key + r to do run.
