What you're asking is kind of vague...

The game server is only a game server. For your own website, you will have to run your own web server, or find some web hosting.

Oh, you mean game hosting + web hosting together. Well, I don't know of any companies that provide both together for Digital Paint, but we'll see who else posts. You can get them separately though.

Depends on the maps you play, your Internet connection, and the number of players.
