Server update

Hello, I created a server for painball2 with this tutorialhttp://digitalpaint.therisenrealm.com/admins/intro-win
but when open the consol it post:

I go on the adresse and download the update for server but not change.

Help me!

It looks to me like you are still using buile 18. You need to update to build 19.
