Bug: Fix Add Poll Link on Forums

The add poll link doesn't show up on the forums with the custom theme.

Then it makes sense even the small stuff has to be voted on.  To be honest, I'm not going to vote for this because I'd rather see several other things first, so his time would be better spent developing those things we have voted for instead of wasting time making the tweak.

The feature vote is basically my prioritiezed todo list.  This is more or less so I don't forget about it.
