I think (I may be wrong) that if you target multiple teleporter destinations, it randomly picks between these destinations.  So you could have the normal/random feature your talking about if you just set up your entities properly.

I think they need different target names.  Like target "t1" target "t2" and such.  I am only saying this because I am pretty sure i did it once :)

I don't think it's possible now. But this would be really cool feature if implented, and as said, different type of ideas could be accomplished.

I spent a good deal of time searching through my old map files trying to find the file that I thought I had made, and could not find it.  I then attempted to create random teleporters and could not do so.  I am sorry I thought it was possible, as I cannot find any evidence that it ever worked. 

Implementation for Random Teleporters +1
