Remember when we had the 'add names' thread, and every time someone PM'd you for a name add, you would chalk up another vote for 'GLS name admin page' or whatever?
It should be the same with cheater's named 'newbie' but you'd +1 the " Randomly Assign Names for Newbie, Noname, etc." vote.
