Announcing DPLeague

On behalf of the DPLeague staff, I'd like to announce DP League. DP League is just what you'd think, a league for Digital Paint: Paintball 2. We are holding open registrations for clans, and would like to invite all clans both North American and European to join us.

The criteria we would like all clans to meet before signing up are as follows:

• Be an actual, established clan. Not a group and ringers.
• Be active. If you're not going to play then please don't sign up.
• Have atleast 6 active members.
• Have an Active IRC Channel. We need an easy way to contact you.

If you sign up and you don't meet these guidelines then the staff will just delete your team.

You can direct any problems to me or any other site admin, via site forums or #dpleague on IRC.

5. Every team will make the playoffs. The playoffs will be a Best of 5. The Finals will be a Best of 7. The playoffs will be based on a "skill level" system. For example #1 will play #2, #3 will play #4. The team in last place in each conference will get a first round bye. In the next round who ever comes out on top out of Team #1 vs Team #2 will get the next bye. The Finals will be the team in each conference that comes out on top.

And I dont think it's fair for the last place team to get a bye. It should be the top team that gets a bye. And I think it's better to be 1 vs 8, 2 vs 7. However, I do see your logic.

Yeah, otherwises a team will lose each match to get mid-skilled clan in the playoffs
