Jitspoe could care less if someone has a name similar, basically suck it up.
I'll assume you meant "couldn't". It's not that I don't care, but when your name is a common word (ie: shows more than a million hits on google that aren't you), then it's expected that people will have similar names or variations.
I'll let the committee decide on this.
