ERROR: cant load map????????

HELP ME PLZZZZZ .   every time i go to a jump map or a map ive never been to before instead of downloading it it just says  ERROR: cant load map.
PLZZZZZ HELP me

Either you've disabled map downloads in your settings or the server has.

ok im a newb when it comes to computers and games because all i do is just play the games so how would i "enable" the map  downloads if i accidently tuned it off or the server turned it off?

first when you start up paintball go to the main menu. then click setup, then there should be a box that says download which should be checked and a box that says maps, should also be checked.
