I think this kid may be walling/botting, look at his paint change and whatnot, and he was talking about walling earlier in the pub.  I don't know what it is, so i'm asking you guys.

It was at around 6:49 a.m. eastern this morning.

It's not the speedometer.  Good try, if it was it'd be showing for everyone, only if I enabled it, and as you can see, it doesn't.  Only him.

you've never specced anyone when they have speedometer on? even if u dont have it on, u can still see if they have it on
