system build vista is non transferable. In other words, say you built a pc, installed SB Vista on it. Your mobo blows big time and takes the hdd out too. You go with brand new hardware that isn't the same as that on the original system. The EULA forbids you from moving the license from the first pc to the other. You would not be able to active it. Even if you called M$.
