Server not on list
« on: June 11, 2008, 01:58:24 PM »
I think it is to do with forwarding ports. I have added and allowed the port on my firewall but it doesn't show up on the list still. Do I need to download that Port thing?

1. Place closed hand 1 foot from front of face
2. Move had toward face at maximum velocity
3. Post pics of nose bleed.
4. READ THE STICKY ( or the link in my sig)

I have tried to forward the port, so I selected my router on the website, but I can't find the program, I really need a guide on how to forward ports please.

Have you used the public server troubleshooter? http://digitalpaint.therisenrealm.com/tools/servertroubleshooter

Recommendations from Test

    * Your server may not even be running; try connecting to it on this computer: run /connect 127.0.0.1:27910 in console
    * Your server's port may not be forwarded; make sure you forward your ports for UDP port 27910 (and make sure it's set to the right computer address)
    * Your server's port may be firewalled; make sure you allow port 27910 through your firewall

I think it is to do with forwarding the port, which I don't understand how to do. Thanks.
