Good evening, my fellow DP players. Recently, I have been involved in some legal issues. I was arrested on Tuesday, May 13th. I was charged with posession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree (Class A misdemeanor) and posession of child pornography (Class D felony). I, being stupid, volunteered my computer to the investigators because I was not worried about any material I had on it.
The investigators brought me to the police station on that windy Tuesday afternoon. They questioned me about some files I had on my computer. From what they mentioned, they had brought me in because of some pictures/videos of girls. The girls in the videos were -NOT- underage, nor do they appear to be. The investigators said the females in the pictures appear to be under the age of 16.
So, I was brought to court and sent to jail that day with a 100k bail and 200k bond. I was in jail for 18 days before my bail was lowered to $2500. There is absolutely NO proof of the girls in the pictures age. It is all a matter of opinion. There was absolutely no sexual abuse of any kind, either. That news station completely posted false information, and I plan on suing them when the right time presents it's self.
At this moment, my case is being presented to the grand jury, at which point they decide if they feel there is enough evidence to indict me or not. Hopefully, they don't. I hope all of you who are absolutely clueless can understand the bullexcrement behind this case. I'm sure, of course, some of you will still be complete idiots and assume I abused some little kid, that's fine. Have a good one.
