A link on every page to a 'rules' thread

I was thinking, we could put a huge link where that 'google adsense sucks' banner was saying: 'READ THIS BEFORE POSTING'. It MIGHT make people read it....... might.

I know that there is already one of those threads, but I think that it should include mapping forum rules, etc. It would also free up stickies in each forum for all the seperate read before posting threads.

Well, at least the poor soul doesn't say: 'I couldn't find the answer to this question'

We could link in the thread to lots of FAQs on mapping, general play, HUDs, etc.
