permanent Game mode?

how do u set a permanent game mode for a server say if u want all the maps in the map rotation to be in ctf or paintball dm(jump servers) what do u do so when the map changes by the rotation it doesnt go to a specific mode

set g_forcedgamemode <mode>
Mode would be like: ctf, elim, 1flag, koth, siege, etc.

ar ct ic jump did not seem like it had a mod on it and u didnt need 2 teams on it to play
