.vrf to .wav or .mp3

i tried searching for this in google with no answers found on how to take a .vrf recording from ventrilo and convert it to a .mp3 or a .wav. if anyone knows of any converters that can do that please let me know.

i was misguided that the cord was REQUIRED from the video. Apologies for my misunderstanding and it worked thanks a ton knack. =D
