Disabled it. Ran the server. No Luck whatsoever.

It most likely has something to do with forwarding the ports. I've had that problem before, it took me a few hours to figure out how to fix it. Try messing around with the last few numbers in the ip address you enter when forwarding the ports. Just change the last number or something, see if that'll work.

Like I said before. Rerun the server troubleshooter and post the results.

Randomly changing port numbers will do nothing but get you lost.
