Chances are, your IP is dynamic.  Therefore, you could have an account already with no IP matches.  PM Jitspoe and ask if there are any Email matches instead (and be patient on a reply).

My IP address has been the same for a long time. It's probably still technically "dynamic" but I'd be unable to change it if I tried. I've seen people refer to these as "sticky" IP addresses.
