i press t and nothing happens, i can only use y and talk to my team

Try the controls menu.

Also, please don't repeatedly post 10 minutes apart if nobody responds.

Hit the ` key right below esc and do
bind t say
bind y say_team

for t = talk y = team talk

Actually, you want to use messagemode and messagemode2.

"say" is the command that actually sends the text to the server.  "messagemode" pops up the prompt so that you can type the message in.

I can only imagine how many poor jits has...  I have 60 pages of unread threads from January 6th until now, and I'm not in crunch time. :(
