My Server wont CHange To The Configs!!

Ok, I let my clan members have the login and stuff. But when i went to type login ***** i acdiently typed logun ***** and it came up.So everyone on my server found out the login for 150. I thought nothing of this because i thought i could just change the settings on "myserver.cfg". When I finished I restarted my server and tried the new logins, non of them worked. I also tried again and i changed the name of my sever also, and that didnt work eather. Why does this do it. I also saved it say myserver2.cfg and changed the properties of the shortcut and that didnt work eather! Ok, what do i do?  ??? ??? ??? :'(
