« on: February 16, 2009, 05:45:03 PM »
my paintball seems to be suffering severe problems
first the locs wouldnt work - so i redownloaded - its fine now

now - i updated my paintball to b25 sounds rly good so i tried it and everything - went to arctic pub and it says this "Z_Malloc: failed on allocation of 225734 bytes"

i mean wtf? i cant even play the game now? is this a bug? or what? lol this really isnt my day for paintball

ooh ty
Either you have some serious memory issues with your computer or something is corrupt and it's trying to allocate a bunch more memory than it should be.  Try a fresh install.

well before i opened pball it says "windows virtual memory is low click this baloon to get more space" i clicked it
that could be a point? and thx for the link i will do this now

ty knack :)

Also, make sure you tried a reboot to see if it clears up.

Good Luck,

How much memory do you have on your system?  Open task manager and sort by mem usage.  See if you have a program (web browsers are frequently the culprit) eating up all of your memory.
