Wierd message always popping up.

Ok i finally got tired of seeing this message on the screen since i had build 21 i've always gotten the error of:

"GLimp_Endframe() - SwapBuffers() failed!"

That's the message i get and it's really annoying and since i've been on my private server testing out my new map and simply just playing against bots that message randomly pops up then after a while it like starts spamming...can anyone tell/help me out with this?

That's a GL video driver issue. I would reinstall your graphics drivers.

How would i do that KnacK? Like i have that message for every game that i have on this computer as well and it just shuts it down. Only game it doesn't shut down is dp2

Ok thank you jitspoe i'm running the scan at the moment i'll post here if something doesn't go right.

Yea the scan won't complete and i can't access my Pop up blocker cause well i'm a retard need some help. (Either it's my pop up blocker or it won't complete.)
