45600 is summit.  The others are accounts used under his IP.  FaNtoM very nearly got banned because summit was cheating under his account.  I'm not sure about the other account.

It's not taking pride in cheating. It's realizing its a game, cheating happens. People try it. Would you rather us all go: LOLZ I DONT HACK WTF YOU TALKING ABOUT!?!?!!? We might as well admit to it. Why make it a shock when the ban comes out? People ask who's getting banned, might as well let them have an idea.
