I've uploaded your map to the beta server and attached a demo of some things you might want to revise. Two important things here: when using models in a map, make sure you use .md2 for the file extension, not .skm, otherwise they won't download properly if people don't have the files. The other is the vis issues - almost the whole map is drawn most of the time. You may need to work with hint brushes, and make sure you aren't detailing anything you shouldn't. The map is small enough that you probably don't need to use any detail textures. I think I forgot to mention it in the demo, but grass underground seems out of place.
