Simple question plz respond.

I just want to know how to convert demos to my dp folder. I know it's kinda noobish, but i just want to see all these demoes people are talking about.

um.... yeah.

That is what i want to learn how to do. I load up "My Computer" and then pantball2, but there is no folder called "demoes"

So if the next post could help me i'd be gratefull

you should create the folder "demos" in the paintball2/pball/ directory

If you have not recorded any demos, the demos folder won't be there, so as b00nlander said, create a "demos" folder in the "pball" folder and put the demo file(s) in there.

Once they are in your demo file just host them with freeupload.com.  If there is a demo like that just save that to your demo folder.

Ok, so I'm in  "My Computer" and i go to my Dp2 file.
I created the demo file. But none of my demos show up.

I could use some help to get this fixed.

are you sure you named the folder correctly? and did you put it in the correct sub folder?

Ok...
Your DEMOs will reside under paintball2\pball\demos. If you installed paintball2 to your c: drive it would be c:\\paintball2\pball\demos.
Now...
To record a demo bring down the console while in game (bring down the console by pressing the ~ key) and type "record <demoname>" without the quotes, of course. Replace <demoname> with the name you wish to give the demo.
You can also place any demos that you receive in the above mentioned DEMOS folder and they will become available for view the same as all of your recorded demos.
Although you can play demos from the command line, I prefer to use the "Play Recorded Demo" feature in the game. To use this option press PLAY and at the bottom will be "Play Recorded Demo." Upon selecting this option you should see a list of all demos residing in your DEMOS folder. Select one and play it.
