dp2 video

i was going to make a short little movie of some sweet shots of some of my team and me but i cant find a progam to use to edit the demos. movie maker dosnt work with the demos.
What i wanna do is be able to take the good shots out of the demo and add whoever is playing put their name on before there part comes on.
 Any ideas?

could try sony vegas, however you can only get the trial for free.

Adobe cs3, awesome movies can come out of using this. Search for a trial or demo version.
