Arctic servers down - short fail?

Hey,
as title says, I'd like to ask if failure of arctic servers will be pernament or if it's just a short fail and if we have to find some other alternatives like Kyuuchi's [xZ] server which will come (I hope).

Our public will be up soon, I hope you can wait a couple more days? (possibly 1week)

It`s a shame to see the Arctic servers gone :(
