Help creating a server

hey all if some of you know me im Kutch from [cof]. Anyhow, i am trying to make a server yet my buds can't see it so they are not able to connect.

Can anyone explain how to make a server so that they will be able to connect to it?

It probably has to do with your firewall or router settings.  Take a look at this thread and see if it helps: http://dpball.com/forums/index.php?topic=1432.0
