Server Commands

I would like to know some server commands as in to shut friendly fire off etc..etc.. I think there maybe some guides to help me but I cant find them, way to many threads to look through, so thus at least give me some links. thanks.

Ive used that site before but it doesnt list cvar commands.  Anyway of finding a list of all of them cos i cant remember the one people tell me.

Pull down the console and type cvar_list then type condump cvarlist. Close the game and then go to your painball2/pball folder and open cvarlist.txt and all the commands will be in there.
