Making New Textures

If You Ppl see a picture on google and u wanna use it as a texture on a map post the picture here i will convert it to a format and put it back for you to download

i gotta problem....when i try to make my new textures with the program like i actually get it in bsp but when i test it out it comes out all fuzzy how do i fix that
