i've never experienced this at all, mine runs perfect, and i ping 400+, that is the only reason i feel choppy sometimes...

what does the cl_sleep setting do jits?

EDIT: let's the cpu sleep between frames to cut down on cpu usage

ok on my grandparents new like 2.2 ghz computer the game runs choppy as hell (im running the newest verson) and i dont know why.. like my fps is constant 60 but the guys all move choppy and everything, i have never gotten all that lag from the server ever before.. I also shut that water effect stuff off but i was getting 60fps before that anyways. WTF!?!?!?

hah my grandparents have better connection then me, like i check my ping its like 60's. i get like 100 on this computer.
