>>SmD<<'s "win"
« on: April 09, 2006, 04:41:08 AM »
hi all,

we (M&Mk) just matched clan SmD on the M&Mk match server.

We had a nice game, we won their map with score difference of 9 pts and they won ours with difference of 3 pts. The Matchserver's rules (show up every time u connect) say clearly: If score is 1:1 and no tiemap was selected BEFORE the match starts, the team with higher score differenece on the won map wins the clanwar.

Since there was never talked about a tiemap (we even asked them, they said they wont need one) M&Mk won because of the higher score difference (9:3) .

Now the SmD's men started calling us noobs and added a win to their Record...

Message to all: NEVER match the SmD's, you just cant win, they ill always add a "win" to their record just cause they can't read rules and think they dont needa nything like tiemap.

For usual, I would have played a tiemap but since they started calling us noobs and said they wont need tiemap I just sended them the link to rules and made this post that every1 knows about their "win"..

They never beat [M&Mk] and they never will :D

who makes those "rules"? Oh you have made them by yourself on your match server. Anyways match rules shouldnt be given by a server. You talk over it with your opponent. nub.

thats pretty merry to be honest. I'm gonna set up my match server and put in the rules "no matter what the score, I always win". Chances are my opponents won't read it.

Why not arrange the tie map as and when it is needed? I think your rules and behaviour is pretty bad.

Maybe you should tell them exactly, what your own match rules are...
Are these rules client or server-side?

When you would have played on another server, would it be the same rule, or would there be other rules??

Just a question of interest for further matches against M&MK.

Umm lekky: GT servers have their own rules too ;-)

just to get this tipic finished:

We rematched them today, we won both maps and they started calling us hackers and added a 2nd win to their records.....
