Bug: Carrying Wrong Color Flag after Grab and Round End

Well, I've finally gotten sick of the whole flag thing. When you grab, and win a round, the person that grabbed is holding your own flag. Eg: Red grabs on blue, the person that grabbed is now holding a red flag.(End of round).

It's nothing major or anything, it just annoys me for some reason :S

Is that something new with build 29?  Sounds like a server-side game issue, and I don't think many (if any) servers are running b29.

It's been happening from around b25 I think(It's pretty much a guess). Just was putting it out there

Splitting this into its own topic since it's not specific to b29.  This happens every time there's a flag grab and the round ends?  I've only seen it happen when somebody switches teams at the round end (example, blue grabs the red flag, switches to red, then the round ends, putting him on the red team carrying the red flag).  Is this what you're talking about?  How do you think that situation should be handled?

Nah, in matches, if someone grabs and that team wins the round, the color of the flag will change to the color of their team.

I have seen this happen quite a few times, and it seems to occur randomly.  A while back when I first saw it happen I thought it was meant to be that way, since you are essentially 'owning' the flag after winning the round.

I'm really not sure how this would happen.  Is the flag the correct color before the round ends?

Flag is of the opposite colour from 'x team won the round' till new round starts.

As soon as a team wins the round, it changes colour if the winning team has the flag. But the thing is, it doesn't always happen :/

Yeah, but the flags aren't just colored - each team's flag is a different entity, so it would have to completely swap entities.  Does the winning team's flag disappear when this happens?

Nope. It's a little bit hard to see in the pic, but they're both blue.

It's been happening for a while, not sure what build though. I'll check out ev1's when I have time.

Edit: ev1 servers seem to be down...atleast for me.

It is definitely not something new.  I noticed this a while back, but can't quite remember exactly when.
