There's no 'super jumping'. But there is bunny hopping and strafe jumping.

There should be added a tutorial for strafe jumping and bunny hopping. Every third question is either about strafe jumping or about bunny hopping...

To be able to jump really fast, high, and be able to pause in mid-air like in the matrix you need to download and install "SnaZ-BoT", its this awesome Q2-hack that has been modified to work perfect on dpball builds 14 and 16. It will be hard to find the real deal on Google, but annoy some people on irc for it if you really want it.

You need to get the MooN BooT Hack. It lets you jump really high.

But strafe jumping is the next best thing...
