Help Ph3n1x for play once

Hi guys, you all knows ph3n1x is in c2o, i thinks he reopened with his friends domic and temaro. But now we
have One big Problem --> He never play cause something is with config not good.
When i start my serverbrowser (it start automatically when i boot computersystem) and i
check all server i see Ph3n1x just in observers. I think this is
one big problem we guys must solve with him. Any of you having suggerstions? I think its no good when he never play.
